During the Tianqi period of the Ming Dynasty, the eunuch faction held sway over the court, while bandits ran rampant in the martial world. Young bandit Ji Xian unexpectedly takes on the identity of a member of the Imperial Guards, only to be drawn into a conspiracy to overthrow the dynasty.
